How it is made & raised

Hand-picked, put into crates. Whole bunches pressed. Static settling of the must. Fermented in temperature controlled tuns. Raised on the lees for 8 months.

Tasting notes

The robe is a lemon yellow with green reflections. The disk is bright and limpid.
The nose is pleasant, expressive and displays a dominant of fine candied notes but also a delicate vegetal, chlorophyll, menthol.
Light floral note of rose.
The whole is enhanced with aeration or one perceives spicy hints.
The nose is original and characteristic of the vintage.
The onset in the mouth is ample and marrowy, the alcoholic base is vigorous. One evolves on a medium with a fine underlying and airy vivacity. The range of ethereal flavours, marshmallow, rose water ends on a delicate bitterness.
The finish has a beautiful length and a well balanced vivacity.
The elaborate mouth maintains a pleasant freshness with respect to the solar climate.
