Hand-picked, put into crates. Whole bunches pressed. Static settling of the must. Fermented in temperature controlled tuns. Raised on the less for 8 months.
Tasting:
It has a golden yellow colour with hints of green and thick tears. The Pinot Gris Grand Cru Spiegel 2002 has an intense nose with delicate scents of mushrooms, undergrowth and slightly smoky notes.
