Riesling Les Princes Abbés 2004
Tasting notes
The robe is a light yellow with green reflections of good intensity.
The disk is bright, limpid. The wine has a fine youthful quality.
The nose is reserved, delicate. One perceives fine fruity hints, citrus fruits, candied orange zests.
Aeration
reveals a slight lemony hint. The complex nose shows its reserve but
indicates a good degree of maturity of the grapes. This wine requires
time to open out.
The onset in the mouth is slender, the alcohol
support well balanced. One evolves on a sharp, edgy and airy medium
where the complex flavours remain reserved but with a dominant of
citrus fruits : lemon.
The structure is delicate, well marked by freshness.
