History

"S" for Schlumberger is a subtle blend of different grape varieties, giving a seductive, charming wine.

Tasting notes

The robe is a straw yellow with clear reflections of good intensity. The disk is bright, limpid.
The nose is pleasant, moderately expressive and reveals delicate fruity notes. A dominant of citrus fruits, lemon, as well as light floral character.
Aeration enhances the fruity hint and indicates a smoky note. The delicate, reserved nose hints towards a good level of maturity of the grapes.
The onset in the mouth is slender, full-bodied and evolves on a sharp, tight medium where complex fruity flavours, citrus fruits, and the slight smoky note are delicately expressed.
The finish offers a mederate length and a frank vavacity.

Matching it with food

Wine with a fine and light structure not exempt of character. Frank and distinguished it should be associated to a starter with cheese gougers, fish tapas.
This wine will be savoured within the next 3 years at temperature of 11°C.
