We booked the discovery tour on a Saturday morning, not really knowing what to expect. The setting is stunning — the vineyards on the hillside are truly impressive. Our guide explained the differences between the four Grands Crus in a very approachable way. The tasting at the end was generous; we especially loved the Riesling Princes Abbés, very fresh and easy to drink. We left with a few bottles. Perfect for a couple's outing.
