Tasting

The robe is light yellow with green reflections. The disk is bright and transparent.
The nose is marked, open and of good intensity. We perceive a dominant of ripe fruits and acacia. The airing enhances these scents and reveals Golden apple as well.
The onset in the mouth is moderate, supple and warm. Then, the wine evolves on rather supple mid palate, marked by a slight sparkling note. Still marked by the warmth of the vintage, the finish has an average length. This blend is a perfect balance between suppleness, warmth and freshness. It combines elegance with delicacy.
