Tasting

The robe is lemon yellow with green reflections of good intensity. The disk is bright, limpid and transparent. The wine shows youth.
The nose is marked, pleasant and intense. We perceive a dominant of crystallized, overripe and exotic scents, passion fruit, mango, papaya, spices, white pepper and ginger. The airing enhances the previous scents and reveals banana, slight floral hint of violet and delicate vegetal of peppermint. The maturity of the grapes and the perfect state of health enhance the range of flavors. Remarkable nose !
The onset in the mouth is ample, marrowy and the alcohol support is full-bodied. The wine evolves on a medium of delicate and underlying vivacity, with a sparkling note. The range of flavors is in line with that of the nose, still dominated by exotic fruits, mango, passion fruit, papaya, grapefruit, spices, candied ginger, white pepper, flowers, violet and this delicate vegetal of peppermint. We can taste a delicate bitterness. The finish has a good length, 8-9 caudalies, a frank liveliness and a hint of persistent bitterness. Very beautiful balance, rich and tasty. The nervousness is still a bit dominated by the mellowness of the wine. The addictive range of flavors provides a lot of pleasure. Very beautiful wine !
