The Schlumberger domains operate and vinify 140 hectares of vines, half of which are spread over 4 Grands Crus, Kitterlé, Kessler, Saering and Spiegel since 1810. Since 2003, the vineyard has been managed according to the principles of sustainable management and, in 2006, 30 hectares are converted to biodynamics.
